USA Sleep Diagnostic Mobile Service provides sleep diagnostic testing and related services, including in-lab and home sleep testing, appointment scheduling, device shipping, and patient communications. Website content is for general information and is not medical advice.

3. SMS Text Messaging Program

Program description. When you opt in, USA Sleep Diagnostic Mobile Service sends text messages related to your care, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and follow-up notifications, home sleep test device shipping and tracking updates, paperwork and authorization status updates, and responses when you text us.

Consent. You opt in by providing your mobile number to our staff or through our forms and agreeing to receive texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments, testing, and requests. You may receive multiple messages around a scheduled appointment or device shipment.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out (STOP). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. To start receiving messages again, text START or sign up again.

Privacy of mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
